1. Data Processing & Storage
HanRead is designed as a privacy-first application.
- No data persistence. HanRead does not store or retain your raw text, webpage URLs, or AI-generated analysis results on our servers.
- Technical diagnostics. Minimal anonymous technical data (such as crash logs or error diagnostics) may be collected to improve stability and performance. This data never includes user content.
2. Third-Party AI Services
HanRead utilizes AI infrastructure provided by Alibaba Cloud, with data processed at its Singapore data centers.
- Encrypted transmission. All data is transmitted through encrypted channels for real-time analysis.
- No retention. HanRead does not retain copies of the processed content after analysis is completed.
3. Payments & Financial Information
All subscriptions and payments are processed exclusively through Apple’s official StoreKit framework.
HanRead does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers, billing information, or payment account details.
4. Permissions
HanRead accesses clipboard content or shared data only when you explicitly initiate an action, such as using the Share Extension or tapping the “Paste” function within the app.
The app does not collect information silently or run background data collection.
5. Legal Compliance
HanRead may disclose information when required to do so by applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
